Can I sell my home as is?

Hello. I bought our home 10years ago before it went up. We got the house for about $160,000. It was a foreclosure. It needs work. It’s not perfect by any means. I was wondering could I see it as is and try to get into a newer home? The home we have was built in 1987. We are in the northern california. It’s probably worth 400k-500k the homes we are looking at are around the high 500k to 600k. What do you guys suggest? Thanks in advance.
