I’m considering the only the following countries for a vacation apt.:
Spain Portugal France Italy
I’m interested to know what I should expect to pay aside asking price (understand in Spain it’s around +10%), until you can move in when coming from the EU, and what does it cost % per year to maintain and pay taxes for said property.
Also curious to know if you think it’s worth the hassle to have someone manage and maybe rent out the property while away for most of the year.
