I was looking at a condo to buy. I did a CoreLogic on the property and previous owner had a grant deed, who sold it to the current owner who now holds a bargain and sale deed. Should I only buy a property with a warrantee deed? It appears that a warrantee deed is the best for buyer protection. Can someone explain the pros and cons?
