Buying a probate house where the owner died in

My offer for this house got accepted. This will my first home. Location, neighborhood, and school district are good. However, I am very concerned because: 1. I am planning to rent out rooms to help cover the mortage. However, the previous owner died in the house because of heart stroke. I am in California SF bay area. I believe the law required to disclose death within 3 years to tentnants when renting it out. Will it be an issue rentin out rooms when there was death in the house? 2. Given the current market, I am afraid that housing prices will crash šŸ˜µā€šŸ’« not sure if it is a good idea to buy a house now. I plan to live in the house for long time. The mortage is managable now, but what if the economy get worst and I get laid off šŸ˜©

I guess I am getting cold feet now. Any advice?
