There are a few land lots that are available in between already built houses which are for sale. If I purchase the land, what are the possible problems I might encounter in order to start construction in there? I know that I have to get permission from the city, but I am wondering if I need to get green signals from the folks living in the neighborhood (especially from the folks living right next to the lot on either side) because the construction could cause a lot of noise pollution.
And does the city approves the construction plan easily ? If not what are some possible problems I might face ? And also any sorts of flags I need to be on the lookout before purchasing the land ?
Could any of you experts give some advice ?
