Buying a home owned by Offerpad. Anyone have experience?

Found a home that checks all the boxes for me (Las Vegas). The only thing is that it is owned by Offerpad. It was placed on the market yesterday and I was able to tour immediately. There were a few cosmetic issues, but nothing serious. I placed an offer. Since then, they sent the Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure form to sign. They had the wrong property address. My agent (not through Offerpad) has been trying to get in touch with them for over a day with no response. I, too, have reached out the company and they said they will get in touch with their contracts team. Still no response. I’m going to hire my own inspector/appraiser as I want a trustworthy report if this were to move into escrow.

Has anyone had experience with buying a home through Offerpad with success? How long after placing an offer did you get acceptance/denial/counter response?

It’s a beautiful home and I’d hate to let it go, but I will rescind if there is no progress in the direction it needs to go. I feel like I’m already in for a rollercoaster.
