Contract is being handled through seller’s attorney but our eyes are open. We are still within the 15 day cancelation period.
Inspection has revealed some likely expensive issues (Roof, etc,). Is my next move to negotiate with the seller’s attorney?
The house was priced fairly per sq foot (IMO) given the upgrades, etc. Ironically, a similar house has just been listed “back-on-the-market”. It is not nearly as upgraded and is priced accordingly.
Should I use the new listing as leverage?
