In this screenshot of the cancellation rights in my new construction purchase agreement, if I’m interpreting the language correctly, the highlighted “and approve all other matters affecting the Property” part basically gives us the right to cancel for any reason at all and get our deposit back as long as it’s within 17 days from signing, correct?
I know if the home inspection finds something wrong I can cancel because of that, but just trying to clarify if we could also cancel if we just decide to change our minds and still get our deposit back. Thanks.
