Buyer Agent Commission?

My husband and I are currently house hunting in SE Michigan. Would offering to pay our own agent’s commission out of pocket be a smart move as far as making our offer stand out? So instead of offering 375,000 on a home we would offer 365,000 and pay our own agent. Or something along those lines. I know the commissions are baked into the price of the home, but this market is still hot and I’m trying to figure out any way to make our offer more enticing.
