Hello, I was wondering how to approach BRRRR investing correctly. So, I have a few questions.
What are the best types of houses for this strategy and where do I find them (any websites and/or filters)? What are some key things when inspecting a property? Are appraisers and various inspectors worth it? How would I know whether x improvement for example would lead to y amount increase in property value – can the appraiser accurately predict that? Should I hire a contractor at the start? What are the risks of doing this? – besides a recession, unknown damages to the home, or renters’ vacancy
