Broker at 22?

Hello everyone! I’m 22 and from California, and I’m glad to announce that I will be receiving my AS in Real Estate by the end of this year. This will essentially allow me to become a broker straight out of college. My problem is having such little experience in the industry(have only done 1 internship). The prospect of becoming a real estate broker has been on my mind ever since high school, and my dream may finally come true within a year. I am still listening to my intuition, and not my feelings. I want to make sure this is something that is sustainable for someone my age. Any pointers, tips, and/or tricks, preferably from other brokers? Thanks!
