Our neighbor just listed for $167/sf and is currently contingent.
So now we now what the market dictates out in our area as the demand is HIGH and inventory is LOW.
My question is this –
Bring a buyer?? (We’ve had numerous people asking) List and let people duke it out??
IF we bring the buyer, is it even worth using an agent at that point? Should we just work with the buyer as a “for sale by owner” situation? How hard is that?
I asked a long-time realtor and he responded, “A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.”
Take the sure sell with a great comp next door? Or list and see what happens?
