bought a home 12 months ago – listing had false information on it. Any thoughts?

We purchased a home and in the listing it states ‘Insulated Attached Garage’. The inspector did not check for insulation, and when I finally got a ladder tall enough to to poke my head up there… Zero.. opened up exterior wall… Zero… The garage doors are insulated… But seemed really cold this past winter. Do we have any recourse? Listing agent? Sellers? Inspector?

Thx
