I’m looking to buy my first house (to live and to rent) and conflicted between buying a house with 1000sqm land (average location) or one with 400sqm but better location and stronger growth assuming price is the same. I like the idea of having a bigger block of land because it gives me the opportunity to do property development in the future. I’m in my late 20’s, single and no kids. I would appreciate hearing your advice and experience on this matter. Thanks.
