I’m currently fully p&c licensed, but the time on phones all day every day is starting to drain me. Since I’m already familiar with the home buying process on the insurance side, I’m thinking about a move to the real estate side. With my living situation, I need freedom to work from home and have flexibility with my schedule. The only thing that’s kept me away from real estate is the fact it can be primarily commission based. As a beginner, how easy was it to get leads? What are agency red flags? What are some quality, affordable, online course options for licensing in Texas? What is the #1 thing you feel has made you successful in this field?
