Hey guys, I am contingent on a home that requires significant, significant amount of work with two buyer previously backed out.
I have a kick-ass agent and together we found multiple issues with the property not known to seller that I imagine would impact the value of their property. This include easement on the most useful part of their lot that they simply didn’t know about.
I am hoping this purchase work but ultimately it’s a numerical decision for me as far as cost / benefit ratio goes. This would be my first home and I am open to put in a lot of sweat equity…within reason.
So my question is, if we back out, are they legally required to disclose those new issues / easements when they relist?
