I’m about to purchase a home. We haven’t told our family yet and we have one nosey / opinionated relative that’s a realtor and will go through the notes on the mls. The home needs repairs and we knew that and have enough saved for it and I don’t really want to hear about it from her. At what point after the sale is the home and any notes removed from the mls?
