My wife and I are about to close on our condo here in the next 45 days. Rates are a bummer but here is what we are looking at for an ARM and no update on a conventional just yet. 6% interest rate with the 7/6 ARM and a 4.77 APR. 20k down to close.
I for some reason feel the nagging need to go and run with a few other brokers to see if there are better options. The current broker has been great but we’ve shown our loyalty throughout and I feel like there is just a tad bit better than this out there… thoughts?
