I bought a house in AR in November of 2021 for $15,000 which was a fair amount considering this house needed a large amount of work. I decided to do a title search since I just transferred the property when I bought it. Well the title search came back today and one of the heirs didn’t sign over there interest in the house. What can I do to resolve this? Person A died in 2016 with all of his original heirs dying as well in the next following years 2016-2020 so the next of heirs were 2 nieces. The one niece signed over the house with a warranty deed to the person I purchased the property from but the other niece died before she could sign over her interest but had no kids and wasn’t married. Would I need to find out who the next of heir was to the niece? Help!
