Anyone know what happened to the vacancy rate for condos in the bay area? Currently wanted to buy condos for investments. (focusing on fremont)
I visited 7 homes but 5 of them are vacant (1 owner living and 1 with tenant) and the realtor dont even want to mention how long are the condos vacant.
Is it a good time to buy condos for investment (also getting rental income)? but news said the relocation to another state due to pandemic affect the vacancy rate in bay.
