Are pre-Covid homebuyers going to have comparatively tiny mortgages in 2030?

I am talking about owners who bought prior to 2020. So they got lower prices, plus likely have an interest rate around 3%

With inflation running at 8.5%, wages are going to have to increase. Might not happen immediately, but doesn’t this seem like most of these people are going to be in a great spot in 10 years or so?
