Is this still happening everywhere?
We are relocating to Charlotte NC and put an offer in low 600’s for a house in Huntersville. The appraisal came back at 530. The sellers are basically furious and won’t accept anything close to this.
I really thought the market was cooling down a bit so I don’t know where to go from here and if this is normal. I know people are paying above asking but 70 grand worth?
