I’m currently under contract on a home in Ohio and just got back the appraisal report. The house has a Pittsburgh toilet in a stall in the basement and a sauna room a few feet away that has a shower inside. There is no sink except an uninstalled utility sink near the W/D.
They are counting the toilet/sauna as a full bath. Is that accurate?
