Hi there, Preparing to list and need to update broken appliances (for sure: slide in gas range and OTR microwave; maybe fridge) and want to pick one saleable but affordable brand. Currently have Bosch dishwasher and keeping it, but can afford Bosch for rest of kitchen.
Wondering if you think it would make a difference if I picked Whirlpool instead of Kitchenaid? Whirlpool less expensive but I think kitchen aid is more of a selling feature? (Even though I know same company). I also could do fridgidaire if I really wanted to save but I don’t think it’s as desirable as either of the above?
I do hate when I see home flips and they use the cheapest appliances so I’m trying to avoid “that look”. This isn’t a house flip btw but my kitchen was renovated 10 years ago and still looks decent. I think good appliances can help a buyers decision but aren’t always deal breaker or maker.
Please let me know your thoughts & thank you!
