My wife and I are about to close on our new house. We currently live in a 2015 manufactured home on her family’s land. Long story, short drama and hurt feelings with her family has led to us wanting to sell just the manufactured home. We did have 3 acres that it sits on but we just want to be done and move on with life in our new home. Any tips on getting this sold? Do we need a realtor or just post this dude on marketplace. How has the market affected manufactured homes? Our NADA value is around 55k, but we have seen used mobile homes in our area being listed for way more with half the features.
