In the process of buying a house. My realtor heard from the selling agent the appraisal came in under our offer. This hasn’t been passed over to the loan department with my lender yet. I contacted the appraiser and she said it’s currently in Tidewater initiative. Google makes it seem like this is a good thing and the seller can provide more documents to get the appraisal higher. Just wanted to know if anyone dealt with this and how it worked.
