Another “can I afford this house payment” post

$452k with 15- 20% down Income 120k

No car payments, only student loan debt of 19k remaining. 3k in credit card debt being paid down currently. No kids currently.

We have other money tied up in investments, I just would rather not touch it unless necessary.

Do the numbers seem sound enough?? Or am I reaching too far?

I’m always so paranoid about money. Growing up in poverty while moving up out of it made my dad have lots of questionable paranoia regarding spending that I’ve undoubtedly adopted myself. It’s been a process to get out of the poverty mindset and get a realistic perspective.
