Wanting to get into real estate and found an opportunity in my city that seems interesting.
The listing is 3 properties, 1100 SQ ft- 3 bed, 1 bath 980 SQ ft- 2 bed, 1 bath 950 SQ ft- 1 bed, 1 bath
and it’s listed at $49,900 for all three together.
All three houses have good bones to them, but each will definitely require roughly 5-10 thousand or possibly more to make them livable for tenants or to be sold.
I have the funds to support this, but don’t have really any close friends or family members with experience in this sort of stuff.
Just curious if this would be a good start for someone wanting to get in the game.
