Am I going to be house poor in MD ?? Pic of a quick analyis for you to tell me?

We setting in a couple weeks for the house of dreams. We went out of our comfortzone to secure a house in the crazy market. We both make together 210,000 with some expected increases. The preapproved us for 850K. Which we knew was obsurd, but we still did pick an more expensive home at 515K. After reading on these forum people making fun of the monthly costs for cars and cc debts. I have gone from feeling happy to unsecure. I dont want to be house poor. So I am asking anyone with some simple mathematical skills and experience in homebuying, if I am going to be house poor, and what are some strategies. It was late so sorry for any grammer or misspellings. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Background: Parter and I have income, some of which is not taxed. I think I get nervous with the cars and credit card debt. Never felt like a problem lender did say it was a problem, but people on here have said the amount of debt payments is rediculous. So can you guys help me decide? Thanks
