Agent wants to list house for less than we’d like

Needing advice on us listing our house with this agent.

Background info: bought house in 2018 for 200k. Gutted and replaced everything. Added fence. It’s 3 bed 2 full bath, 1500 sq ft.

Our agent wants to list our house at 275k. Comparable houses to ours are being listed for 280-300ish. And ours is more updated than these others and we have a fence. Her analysis is that we’ll create more interest since some people may have their parameters set to 275k only and it may create a multiple offer situation. We really wanted at least 285 for it but I’m stuck because i know she’s an expert. Any insight?
