Im 28 and live in North Jersey
I am trying to house hack but here to cash flow is very hard to do so.
The market is wild right now with everyone on average has 150k in equity
I have 100k for primary home to #buy then 80k to 95k for a rental.
My main goal is to cash flow.
I have been looking at Philadelphia, Florida, north Carolina as some spots to invest.
I had theses funds for about 2 years now and do not wanna be sitting on the side lines anymore. Avrg joes are makin a killing
Whats my best plan/shot to get a rental with cash flow in these markets?
