Advice for going to home showings – as a 1st time & out of state buyer?

My boyfriend and I are officially going to go house hunting in a little under two weeks with our agent. We are first time homebuyers and also out of state. This will likely be our only time being able to view homes before putting in an offer (if we dont find anything we will probably be doing video tours thereafter).

My question may be silly, but anything I should know regarding “unwritten rules” when going to these showings? Should we dress a certain way? Should I be covering my tattoos? If we like the house or dislike the house are we to stay quiet while viewing?

I’m pretty sure we know what to look at from watching YouTube videos. Since we won’t be able to do a 2nd showing we will probably be testing the faucets, etc on any house that we like. But no one ever talks about any social etiquette?
