Advice for a young investor

Hello, I’m a college student and want some advice. I currently have about 25-30k in savings and would love to try and buy a house to buy and rent. My problem is some of my money is in stocks, fundrise, and savings. I don’t know how I should position my money moving into the future, I’ve been hearing talk of a housing crash (not that I know for sure) but want to be prepared. Should I just build up a cash position, or contribute to my stocks which have the opportunity to grow?
