White paint over all the doors. What you should be doing is having a fucking inspection done and addressing any REAL issues with the money you took “renovating” please have some real price in homeownership! What you all are doing is selling me a car with a transmission problem.or oil leak you refused to have diagnosed and then pained the car and had it cleaned. I’m tired of it. If your going to mark the house up 50- 100k at least make it worth my fucking time. If you know it needs a hit water heater. Buy and install one then reflect that in the price if the home and ill GLADLY pay over asking. Rant over. Do better.
