Following the local market for the past 15 years or so. I’ve felt that in the past a minimum of 3/2 would price approximately linearly with sqft. Usually in a neighborhood 4/3 or 5/4 are bigger but in a similar price per sqft. I had always thought that 2/2 or smaller was outside the “starter home” or “retirement home” size. Recently it seems that work from home has moved the 3/2 into the “too small to have kids and work from home category” and the 3/2 seems to be priced lower per sqft than others in this area. Thoughts?
